Holiday Dresses!

Christmas Dresses!
These are beautiful dresses that I think would be perfect for a holiday party or even on Christmas Day! Most of them are red because to me, red is a symbolic color of Christmas and whenever I see red I think of love-mostly because of Valentines Day, but ya know whatevs. Also, you can wear tights under them if you live in a cold town durring the holiday season!!

The first dress(on the top left) is a simple red dress that has a lacey top. It is from OASIS-STORES.COM for
only $65. It's perfect for the holidays and you can easliy pair it with a simple pair of white or black high heels. It's a very classic look.

The next dress to the right is almost the same only this one is all lace! I love this one and adore it so much because it reminds me of Christmas whenever I look at it-okay I'm a weirdo, I get it. It's an Alexander McQueen dress, so naturally its very expensive BUT I am sure you can find one at and outlet or something for a cheeper price-idk...

Anyways; The next dress to the right is SO christmassy? however you spell it.. haha. It just reminds me of past Christmasses and the olden days. It's from ARK.CO.UK  and it's only $44. It's my favorite dress of all of these!

The first dress on the bottom left is so cute. It's a darker red then the others and it just looks so classy to me. I really love the belt that comes with it as well and this it's perfect for a Christmas party. This dress is available at DEBENHAMS.COM for $82.
The next dress is my favorite- mostly because you can reuse it for another specail occassion but also because of the gold sparkles! This is also a very classy look, but still fashonable. You can find it atRICKETYRACK.COM for $120(totally worth it).
The next gold dress is amazing! It would be perfect for New Years or Christmas. It has gold sparkles all over it so naturally I love it. For $90 you can buy it at HOUSEOFFRASER.CO.UK. (Again totally worth it)

The last dress on the bottom right corner is just a simple red dress. It's very similar to the first one without the lace detail. It's a really basic dress if you don't want to look to dressy but still want to make an impression. It is an expensive dress but again, I'm sure you can find one like it at an outlet like Marshalls?

I hope you guys like these dresses as much as I do! Make sure to subscribe and tell your friends about it so they can subscribe- PS. there's a giveaway once I reach 500 subs.! Thank you!!!

Comfortable Christmas Outfit!

babystyles

This is perfect outfit for a Christmas Party or even if  you and your family dress up on Christmas anyways. It's very simple yet so cute.

The cropped sweater is so cute and goes with the high wasted skirt. It's from BOOHOO.com and its very affordable because it's only $24. It's simple but so cute!

The skirt is just a classic must have. You can wear it in pretty much every season. I think it looks so good with the thigh high socks and sweater. This is also very cheap and is only $22 at dorothyperkins.com.

The socks are adorable and you can find them at farfetch.com. You can also purchase regular tights or thigh high socks, basically everywhere.

The shoes really make the outfit for me. I think they are so cute and perfect height! The ones in the picture are really expensive, but you can find simlar pairs at mostly any shoe store or outlet.

Think the jewlery is cute and added it for a taste in what I would wear with this outfit-along with the nails.

Make sure to subscribe and tell your friends about my blog. There is a giveaway comming up once I reach 500 subscribers! Thannnnnnnnnnnnnk youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Effortless, Easily Affordable Outfit

This is a cute simple outfit that you can effortlessly pull off. You could wear this mostly everywhere you go and look stunning.

The shirt is made out of this beautiful quilted fabric and is very in-style right now. It does an amazing job balancing out the leather on the pants and keeps the outfit from being over washed by the leather.

Speaking of, the leather pants have the cutest gold zippers on the side-as you can see in the picture. The zipper adds a unique design on the pants which makes it so the pants aren't boring and plain.

The shoes are cute booties with an opening on the side. I feel like the shoes complete the outfit. You can easily wear any black booties with this outfit and make it work, but I personally I these
ones.

The bag is just a simple black bag with a gold button on it. It matches the outfit perfectly! It looks way more expensive then it actually is. I am obsessed with this purse.

All of these items are from http://www.forever21.com and are very affordable.

I hope you like this outfit and make sure to subscribe for more like this. Also you can send a request for my next outfit in the comments!

Free People Dress

I am obsessed with this dress from Free People!!! It's perfect for fall/winter seasons. I think it's especially good for the holiday season-you could wear it to a holiday party.

You can easily layer with this by adding a sweater or knee high socks. And I also think it would look ah-mazing with a leather jacket over it and combat boots.

It's girly but also edgy and that's what I love most about it. The studs on the top and the fabric it's made of really makes it so it's not so girly. If you love edgy-but not to dark of a style this dress is perfect.

I also really like the cut out in the back. It makes it so the dress isn't just plain and boring and it adds attention to the dress.

It retails for $128 but is totally worth the purchase. It is more on the pricier side if you don't typically spend more then $100 on each of your clothes but I think it's worth it.

I hope you enjoyed this and comment below if you have or want this dress!

Pepermint Frosted Brownies

I recently made these delicious chocolate pepermint frosted brownies and everyone seemed to love them! They are perfect for the holidays and spending time in the kitchen with your family. It's a simple recipe that kids can follow along with  too!

To start off you will need-
*Brownies (Box); eggs, oil, water
*1 cup milk
*3 tablespoons flour
*1/8 teaspoon salt
*8 ounces of either 62 percent dark chocolate or white chocolate
*1 cup (2 sticks) butter
*1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
*2 tablespoons cocoa, (for white chocolate frosting, omit cocoa)
*1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*Pepermints/Candy canes

To start off you will cook the brownies like you would cook regular brownies, follow instructions on the box. When the brownies are done and cooling off you can make the frosting. To do so you, whisk 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons flour, and 1⁄8 teaspoon salt in a small saucepan over medium heat until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble. This should take 1 to 2 minutes. Then you transfer it to a small bowl and let it cool. After that melt 8 ounces of either 62 percent dark chocolate or white chocolate and set it aside to cool. Then beat 1 cup butter, 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, and 2 tablespoons cocoa (for white chocolate frosting, omit cocoa) together until light and fluffy. Mix in the cooled chocolate and add the milk mixture and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (dark chocolate frosting only) until smooth and fluffy. Use immediately to cover the brownies(they should be cooled off). Once you spread the frosting all over the brownies crush some pepermints or candy canes and drizzle all over the brownies.

You can always switch the frosting out to a vanilla or buttercreme frosting if you want- I prefer the chocolate frosting. And you can always add pepermints to the brownie mix before you cook them.

I hope you enjoyed this recipe- feel free to comment and send pictures if you decide to make these!

Holiday Shopping

Whether you are going holiday shopping or a holiday work party this outfit is the way to go. It's casual but not grungy.

I love the gold sparkles on the sweater and how it looks next to the white and grey. It's simple but still has it's charm to it. You can dress it up with a squirt or leave it simple with the pants.

The pants are what I love the most in this outfit. They are so cute and you buy them in several different colors! These pants are so soft and comfortable and easy to create an outfit with.

This outfit is perfect if you live somewhere where it's cold because you can easily add a black or grey jacket over it.

The shoes can be swapped too! You can change the shoes to booties or other flats. I know these shoes can be expensive so if you are on a budget, plain  black flats would work too.

The jewelry is just simple gold items that I thought would tie this outfit together. I would keep it simple with the jewelry because you don't want to over kill the gold. A few simple gold rings or a gold bracelet will be perfect for this look.

The sweater I picked out from Gap, along with the pants. The shoes and bracelets are from Nordstrom. Again if the shoes aren't in your budget you can always swap them out for a cheaper pair.

I hope you guys like my outfit and make sure to subscribe for a new post everyday!
